My name is Daryl King and I am 49 years old. I have competed regionally in bodybuilding and won several first place trophy's including the Knox Classic in 2011. I won first place in the heavyweight junior class and overall. I additionally won the masters (age 40-49) heavyweight and overall at age 45. I have been a certified personal trainer for 7 years and strength training for 31 years incorporating cardio 15 years ago for stamina and endurance purposes. My training partner is my 15 year old son Camden. I will randomly post pictures of him and his progress on this page. I am a Captain with the Nashville Fire Department have been employed there for over 21 years. Fitness is in my DNA and I enjoy watching people change most during the first 30 days.

My name is Tonia and I am a 47 year old mother of 3 young men. I decided to start strength training at the age of 37 because I didn't like the changes my body was going through. Until then I had never set foot in a gym or performed any kind of strength training whatsoever. After training a few months, I decided to change my lifestyle all together and simply eat clean while incorporating more protein in my daily food intake. Within 6 weeks I lost 3 sizes in my waist and began to see significant improvement in muscle definition. In 2011, I competed in my first figure competition and walked away with two first place trophies and one second place. In 2012, I competed again in an NPC qualifier show and placed first again. Soon after I met a nutrition coach and he critiqued my diet so I could build more muscle while staying lean.  In 2013 I won my first Masters Show and decided to take it to the National level at the North Americans in Pittsburgh, PA and won  third place on a national stage. I have had my personal trainers license for two years now and thoroughly enjoy helping people reach their personal  fitness goals. The most rewarding thing about this business is watching clients bodies change during the first 30-45 days.
