My entire life to the outside world I was the happy go lucky chubby guy. But on the inside I was in a constant internal battle with losing weight and wanting to look better. But when my son was born, I knew I wanted to better myself to be around for him and set an example of better health for him. That's why I contacted Daryl King and asked if he could not only help me lose weight, but change the way I look at the world. He was there for me at the very beginning when I weighed 278 lbs and was still pushing me just as a hard when I got all the way down to 200. He broke down the step by step details of getting the most out of my workouts as well as eating properly to achieve my goals. Not only did I gain a new me out of all this, I gained a life long friend who I know will continue to push me and better myself. 

 

Starting weight - 278 lbs

End weight - 200 lbs

End Body fat% - 11%

Starting Waist - 42 inches

Ending Waist - 33 inches

This is Jeremy Bruce and the "Mid 10 Nutrition" challenge. He entered this contest at 278 lbs. and his weight at contest end was 200 lbs. His initial body fat was 35% and we reduced it to 11%. Jeremy waist size was 42 inches at the beginning with a 33 inch waste at contest date. Additionally he gained five pounds of lean muscle mass during the twelve week period.
